Here are some things you can expect from this Manager role.

  • Making quality second nature. This means doing what’s right even when no one’s looking. The work that you will do has a major impact on our clients and our firm.
  • We pride ourselves on the high-level standards we have for the work that we do.

  • Own your own work. Advising clients and securing new work in all aspect of Employee Benefits - pension, risk, healthcare and flexible benefits plus Business Protection products.
  • This role has a large focus on new business, and you will be expected to be able to show a strong track record of securing new work.

  • Be a part of a team. Join the existing Employee Benefits Consulting (EBC) team which is expanding Nationally and currently made up of 15 EBC specialists.
  • Take responsibility. You will have responsibility for your own portfolio of clients and for the delivery of Consultancy services and placement various benefit to meet the needs of your clients.
  • Build your brand. The job will allow you to work with an experienced EBC team and grow on your current knowledge to become a fully rounded adviser.
  • The minimum criteria

  • Experience working as a Corporate Independent Adviser or Employee Benefit Consultant
  • Working towards or have Charter Insurance Institute Diploma
  • Knowledge of pension, risk and healthcare products
  • Experience in growing a book of business
  • Detailed and structured approach to your work
