The Challenge

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated analyst for our Sales Operations Team. Sales Operations Analysts the first point of contact for our Account Executives when they need assistance.

The Sales Operations Analyst will also be responsible for vetting the leads that will be sent out to our Account Executives for prospecting.

Because we are directly supporting the Sales Team the Company puts a high level of confidence in you and your skills

Your Mission

  • To support our Sales team by performing regular team maintenanceand a clean and up to date representation of the team’s territory in our CRM platform.
  • To provide day to day sales rep support of our CRM platform ensuring our Account Executives will be able to quickly resolve any issues.
  • To vet and assign out Leads for the Sales Team while Leads get to Account Executives faster so that they have the opportunity to work with more Prospects.
  • You Are

    This position requires an appreciation for the fast paced and intellectually stimulating environment. It’s also important to be well organized and able to prioritize tasks based on their importance to the team.

    Having a good understanding of the importance of assisting our Account Executives however possible so that they can focus more on selling and less on other administrative duties key to succeeding in this role.

    Your Experience Includes

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales / business operations / analytics
  • Strong knowledge of CRM system Salesforce highly preferred
  • High analytical and able to extract business insights from analysis
  • Strong planning, research, estimating and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines
  • Schedule flexibility to work with international teams and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with OneTrust's values and culture
  • Availability to work in our Perimeter Center offices on a daily basis
  • Extra Awesome

  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Experience running reports and maintaining data integrity in SFDC
  • Outgoing
  • Experience in building strong relationships with Sales Reps
  • Experience in supporting a Sales Team or Sales Representative
