At Nissan Technical Centre Europe, Nissan's Research & Development Headquarters in Europe, we provide a Local Centre of Expertise service that encompasses Learning & Development, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition, working with our HR Business Partner teams for effective delivery.
The Talent Manager leads the local COE, the role is known internally as Talent Controller. We're looking for someone to lead talent management, supporting the development of highly skilled and high performing Engineers and Buyers and to design and deliver the L&D strategy for Nissan R&D and other functions on site and to take a lead role in recruitment for the Cranfield site, supporting all functions.
This is a local COE role working closely with and being supported by regional COE teams for Talent, TA and L&D and an HR service centre for admin support.

Responsibilities Deliver NTCE Talent Management and Talent Acquisition. Deploy regional TM and TA strategy in line with NTCE business needs Talent acquisition which involves identifying and acquiring skilled workers to meet our organizational needs.
Identify, acquire, assess, and hire candidates to fill open positions within the Company (including screening candidates and carrying out interviews for internal / external recruitment, preparing offers and all related paperwork, carrying out inductions for new employees, etc.
Define the learning and development strategy (including policies, processes, toolkits), in line with regional L&D Strategy, supporting business needs across all functions on site Select suitable suppliers and vendors to support delivery of strategy Management of the NTCE Graduates & Apprentices Development Programmes Deliver the annual Talent Development programs (including but not limited to EVP-6 development centres, management development programs, etc.
