Urgent requirement for an experienced Accounts Assistant to support a busy finance function.

JOB SPEC : Finance

Finance

  • Update bank details from daily BACS reports
  • Email responses re : copy invoice requests, static data changes, contact setup, portal invitations etc.
  • Generate the cheque batch (one day per week)
  • Provide support to the credit control function (typically emailing templates to overdue accounts)
  • Provide support to the purchase ledger function
  • Assist with the preparation of broker commission statements.
  • Assist with other Finance related duties as required
  • Populate practitioner details on historical claim records
  • Assist the Robots in completing incomplete practitioner records on new claims
  • Review claims referred by the Robots to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in other IT projects as required
