The product managers manage the Sleep Therapy Solutions portfolio within the UK, specifically focusing on Air Solutions, to achieve revenue growth and profitability to ensure long-
term business sustainability. Product Manager - LATAM Digital Marketing Database Administrator They work closely with the marketing and commercial team to develop, implement and monitor effective strategies and tactics in line with the UK vision, goals and strategic imperatives.
Accountable for achieving revenue growth and profitability for the Sleep Therapy Solutions Portfolio, contributing to the UK vision, goals and strategic imperatives.
Develop, implement and monitor short, medium and long-term growth and defence strategies.
Partner with the commercial team to deliver local innovative action plans and tactics.
Frequently analyse sales, market share and competitor activity. Report on trends and outcomes. Identify and communicate key opportunities and threats.
Understand regulatory, government, reimbursement, customer and competitive environmental forces influencing the market.
Manage, maintain and grow the existing Air Solutions portfolio throughout all phases of the product life cycle. Introduce rationalisation plans when required.
Product and project management support for all Air Solutions product launches. Formulate and execute launch strategy and tactics including leadership and collaboration across multi-
functional teams, market segmentation / positioning and internal / external launch meetings.
Form successful relationships both internally, collaborating with UK, European and Global cross-functional teams and externally, with customers, key opinion leaders and industry bodies.
Support commercial team in driving sales on an account, territory and national level.
Provide solution / product training support, meetings and materials for customers and colleagues.
Responsible for managing budget process and accurate forecasting for Sleep Therapy Solutions.
Conduct market research and trials to deliver intelligence to support strategic choices.
Create high impact marketing communication plan and materials, focussing on brand identity, value propositions, key messages and unique selling points.
Attend and project manage exhibitions / conferences to support the promotion of Sleep Therapy Solutions.
Minimum Degree qualification in either a Marketing, Medical, Scientific, Engineering or Business discipline. Experience in Marketing, Product Management and / or Sales, Business Development.
Preferred Experience in the medical device and / or respiratory / sleep industry. Experience and understanding of the NHS.
