We are working with a leading care provider on their search for a Home Manager for their flag-ship service based in Poole, Dorset.

This is an 80 bedded service , for residents requiring specialist dementia, residential, nursing and transitional care. Its a state of the art, newly built home, with every need and requirement thought out and provided.

Set within a easily accessible location and providing not only the physical and mental provision that residents need, but a fantastic homely, safe and inviting environment.

We need someone who is seeking a challenge and enjoys a busy environment. Someone who has strong leadership, organisational and business management skills - enabling you to lead the team and meet the needs of external stakeholders.

This is a very special service, with the best possible equipment, environment, in terms of safety and homeliness, - now we need a very special Home Manager to lead and direct this busy home and team.

Essentials

You will need to be an experienced Home Manager who has managed a large home previously

You can be EITHER a qualified Nurse OR Level 4 / 5 or equivalent, as long as you have manage a large similar service, with dementia, residential and nursing care previously

We are looking for a role model, the care and clinical teams, someone who will motivate, drive and engage with their team
