Haymarket’s Technology department is a newly formed function, encompassing all aspects of technology - strategy, delivery and support across digital & product management, marketing, analytics, and infrastructure.
As the Network and Voice Analyst you are part of the UK Technology Operations team, supporting the UK user base and reporting to the Information Security & Comms Manager.
The job is based in the Twickenham offices, with the occasional visit when needed to remote sites in Feltham, Enfield, Gloucester, Daventry, Banbury and Brighton.
Your responsibilities for LAN operations will include solving support tickets assigned to the Infosec & Comms team and assisting the 1st and 2nd Line support functions diagnose end user connectivity issues.
You will use the Cisco Prime network management suite to diagnose and report on Cisco switches, routers and WiFi system.
You will also diagnose basic problems with internet access and VPN connectivity. You will maintain DNS and DHCP services and when required, diagnose basic problems with the Pulse Secure remote access system.
In addition you will administer the FTP server; and assist the Server Operations team configure the network components of the server systems.
You will occasionally be required to remotely assist the US Operations team with switch, routing, WiFi and firewall administration.
You will also work under the guidance of the Telecomms Manager being responsible for the moves, adds and changes to the user base of the Cisco CallManager and associated infrastructure applications.
You will troubleshoot IP handset and Jabber client (Windows, OSX / MacOS, iOS, Android) issues, administering the Redbox call recorder system and the Tiger usage reporting system, and diagnose SIP trunk connectivity issues
