Salary : Band 6 / Grade E £19,171 to £19,945* (subject to April Pay award agreement) pro rata

Hours : 20 hrs per week. Permanent

Location : Brook Lodge Campus, Selby.

Are you looking for part time work? Do you have experience of undertaking minor repairs, maintenance and improvements? Are you a problem solver with good communication skills with a focus on customer service?

We are looking for a Site Superintendent to join our team at Brook Lodge, Selby. As a Site Superintendent you are pivotal to the smooth day to day property management of our Selby Hub.

You will ensure the security and safety for all building users, complete minor repairs and Health & Safety checks, liaise with contractors and order consumables as required.

The team operates an alternative rotational work pattern on a weekly basis from 7am to 11am and 3pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday, which allows you to pursue your own personal interests.

You will be required to respond to out of hour call outs (you will be paid for this time).
