What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the Control Framework of the KYC department by performing established Controls to a high level of detail
  • Identifying and supporting the effective resolution of identified KYC control / process deficiencies
  • Identifying areas of potential risk within the lines of business, and promptly raising these concerns via the correct channels to Management
  • Supporting with the design, testing and embedding of any new controls introduced across the lines of business
  • Tracking agreed Issues and Actions monitoring their progress, highlighting concerns to management and supporting their design
  • Promoting control integration alongside a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement
  • Producing regular and meaningful MI on behalf of the lines of business
  • Building effective relationships and interacting professionally with internal clients and key stakeholders to deliver excellent service
  • What we’re looking for :

  • PC skills Competent Excel skills will be essential to this role
  • Planning & Organising ability to manage your responsibilities proficiently and independently
  • Understanding of a Control environment and maintaining a Quality Control framework
  • Skills that will help you in the role :

  • Technical skills and knowledge (KYC experience is a benefit)
  • Good understanding of our regulatory environment (AML, ABC, Sanctions etc.)
  • Practical experience in fulfilment of Controls
