An excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager has arisen to join this ambitious and growing healthcare provider with a great ethos and reputation.

My client takes pride in providing good quality care and support for adults with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities, providing long-term accommodation and care in residential and supported living care services.

Respite Registered Manager Responsibilities :

Leading a caring and dedicated team with two deputies and 17 support workers providing specialised support in a context of residential respite and outreach for adults with LD, autism, additional physical and complex needs

Involving individuals and their families in the delivery of the service

Ensuring compliance and high-quality standards as a registered manager being accountable for both the environment and the service delivery

Achieving great outcomes for people and their families

Delivering emergency support as well as regular services within a busy schedule

Role modelling positive risk taking and less restrictive practice

The ideal candidate will have :

Registered manager experience or being fit to become a registered manager

Ability to lead and manage a team

Practical, adaptable and organised

Ability to use technology PC and modern technology equipment

Good knowledge and understanding of CQC, Health and Safety and Local Authority requirements
