Job Description
During this time of Covid-19 National Crisis, we are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Windsor, Runnymede and West Spelthorne areas as a CAREGiver.
It is essential that you have a driving license and access to a vehicle.
As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home which include Companionship, Home Help and Personal Care services.
You must have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
You must be able to enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
You need to be at least available between 8am-10.30am, few days during the week and Sat & Sun every alternative weekend.
Qualifications
You do not need any qualifications to become a CAREGiver. Full training is provided.
Your smile, laughter and ability to listen will make elderly people feel safe and give you the satisfaction that you are delivering great care, and supporting them to stay safe and independently.
You do not need any experiences or qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people.
This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience.
