Our Enterprise Sales team is currently looking for the next generation of Account Directors to help us shape our journey of growth.
This full-time position is based in London, will be part of team and will report directly to a Portfolio Director.
As a successful Account Directors, your primary responsibilities will include :
Manage a book for 20-30 named Fortune 500 accounts. As Account Director, you will be responsible to own the most crucial and impactful sales transactions and projects.
Develop sales strategies to form meaningful relationships with corporate heads of real estate, CFO’s, Heads of HR and other business leaders to grow existing accounts.
Work closely with Account Management to ensure a premium member experience and to ensure we expand the collaboration with our accounts
Run the entire sales process, from qualification to close.
Collaborate with our product, operations and real estate teams to ensure we grow successfully our Enterprise business locally and globally.
Utilise Salesforce to properly track and report Sales progress and identify commercial gaps and opportunities
Communicate and sell the WeWork brand and lifestyle to the Enterprise community
While this is an individual contributor role, you will be helping with coaching and mentoring Account Executives and new starters.
Extensive experience (7+ years ideally) managing and closing complex sales cycles and high value transactions
Successful track record of direct sales in a B2B environment
