The Customer Insights Intern will support the market and customer intelligence team, helping to provide actionable insights on Elekta customers to the rest of the business.
You will be involved with a range of projects which all aim to support the gathering, creating and sharing of customer insights.
This includes working with stakeholders on their insight questions, designing and analysing data from qualitative and quantitative surveys, developing reports, and presenting back insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
This role is based in Crawley. RESPONSIBILITIES The role of the Customer insights intern is to provide support to the Market and Customer Intelligence Team.
This will include (but not limited to) : Build and design surveys that provide actionable insight in relation to business questions Develop research briefs (incl.
research objectives, research methodologies, sample criteria) and work with external research agencies when required for strategic / complex insight projects.
Develop reporting and turn trends / findings into actionable insight. Communicate these findings to a wider business through engaging and relevant reports, infographics and presentations that tell a compelling insight story Be the expert and go-to person for the Qualtrics survey engine, supporting stakeholders and users, and making the most of this key business tool Compile, organise and maintain a central database of customer intelligence and corresponding deliverables Work closely with key stakeholders to understand, frame and fulfil their insight needs.
Assist with the day to day running of the department by providing support on any ad-hoc tasks / projects as and where required Engage with internal customers to understand their upcoming activities and priorities.
Collect research questions and suggest ideas for what the team can explore Work closely with Senior Analysts to join the dots between market trends and customer experience data and behaviours to tell an engaging story Perform other duties as assigned ELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Key performance competencies Graduate or equivalent experience preferably within a business / marketing or research discipline or equivalent Passion for understanding consumer behaviour and psychology You are a naturally curious thinking with a passion for understanding customers and meeting their needs Excellent numerical skills and ability to use data in an engaging way to tell a story Excellent communication skills Good IT literacy and confident using Excel, PowerPoint and MS word Good problem-solving skills Be able to communicate effectively in a professional environment Demonstrates the Elekta values in the execution of their work is essential
