The University of Bath has established a renowned Skills Centre which provides a range of Academic English and Skills related programmes for its students.
An opportunity has arisen for a Pre-Sessional Course Administrator to join a busy Operations team, responsible for carrying out all aspects of student admissions in the Skills Centre using the University’s student record system.
You will work alongside the Finance and Course Administrator and Academic Skills Course Administrator to assist with financial processing and course administration.
You will report to the Operations Manager and will be part of the Academic Skills Resources team.

You should have relevant experience from IT-intensive administrative posts. A high level of IT skills (Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel) as well as experience with databases is essential.
The role requires a well organised, conscientious individual with high levels of attention to detail to ensure accurate records and systems, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience of first-
class, high quality customer service. You will need to be confident at working independently, but also be a strong team player, able to work well under pressure at all times.
