The purpose of the MI Assistant is to assist in the definition, production, delivery, distribution and administration of internal and external client MI which meets the needs of key stakeholders, within agreed timescales.
Using MI tools including Microsoft Excel to produce MI reports within agreed timescales
Regularly validate the integrity of data produced to ensure accurate and complete
Work with operational MI Team to ensure relevant development requirements are addressed
To handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols & GDPR requirements
To ensure that production and distribution processes are fully documented for all reports in line with stakeholder requirements, to provide an audit trail and reference material for training as required
To ensure all responses are dealt with in line with the relevant client processes and procedures
Any additional duties as required
35 hours per week worked 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive with 1 hour for lunch
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Proven track record in MI production utilising Microsoft Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively with key internal and client stakeholders.
Ability to prioritise conflicting activities and work calmly and accurately under pressure.
MI Techniques data manipulation, data analysis, report production.
High-Level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to follow and keep up to date detailed and client specific work processes and procedures.
