Due to ongoing growth, Radius Payment Solutions, a leading global fleet management company, are looking for an Financial Operations Assistant to join our Financial Operations team at our head office in Crewe.

The candidate needs to be self-motivated and use their own initiative within this fast-paced environment.

  • What will you be doing as a Financial Operations Assistant?

  • Responsibility for the end to end Operational processes for one or more product
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external contacts
  • Daily and weekly fuel volume reconciliations
  • Working closely with all other departments to ensure a smooth business process
  • Importing and processing high volumes of data
  • Process control checking
  • Working to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the department
  • Improvement of the operational systems and processes
  • Drive solutions for problems that hold up processing
  • Monitor and have vision to eliminate on-going issues
  • Investigation and quick resolutions to queries
  • What experience / skills / attributes do you need?

  • Minimum of a 2 : 1 at degree level
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Excellent Excel skills (training will be provided where necessary)
  • Be professional and innovative
  • Have good judgement and decision-making skills
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm towards work
