The Director of Order Management will report directly to the VP, Operations in UK and will be primarily responsible for leading and managing the order-to-cash process, partnering with commercial and distribution teams.

This leader is responsible for driving operational efficiencies and effectiveness in the Retail Services group and by reviewing, evaluating and implementing business processes that drive performance excellence throughout the retailer account management team.

This leader is ultimately accountable for driving continuous improvement in customer experience, efficiency, and cost. Duties and Responsibilities : ·Lead UK and EU Order-to-Cash process and Order Management team to deliver the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan, with best-in-class service at the lowest possible cost.

  • Lead team to identify risks early and to develop and execute mitigations.·Lead, manage and develop Order Management associates, processes and tools.
  • Be accountable for EDI processes and tools and drive continuous optimizations.Own retailer chargebacks investigations and ensure corrective actions are put in place to prevent chargebacks.
  • Define and deliver against key metrics for end-to-end supply chain, including on time and in full metrics to key retailers.

  • Drive standardization to eliminate inefficiencies were possible.Own daily, weekly, and monthly shipment, order status and bookings communications;
  • will provide delivery forecast ranges throughout the month. Attributes and Skills : Demonstrated functional knowledge and experience in successfully running all aspects of order-to-cash.

    Experience in developing and executing strategic plans to improve service while optimizing cost. Experience with UK and European retailers including vendor compliance and critical retailer KPIs (On-Time and In-Full).

    Experience and understanding of global supply chain dynamics and considerations.Proven experience in using data (KPIs) in a measurable way to achieve specific strategic results that are relevant to the organization.

    The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to develop, measure and improve key performance indicators. Successful track record in working with and through 3rd party logistics providers to drive operational improvement / efficiency and reduce cost.

    Exceptional problem-solving skills : demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions.Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly, to new demands with a high sense of urgency.

    Education and Experience : ·Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline·Minimum 5 years of order management or supply chain leadership·Previous experience in consumer goods industry is preferred·Project Management experience is an asset
