Objectives :

Drive sell out within our defined key partners through the efficient management of our central training team together with internal and third party field teams, ensuring consistent high standards, and achievement of KPIs to support Electrolux TMO objectives

Operational Responsibilities :

  • With the Head of TMO define and measure KPIs for field, third party and central teams
  • Working with key stakeholders, develop coverage plan for A stores
  • Manage expectations of KAMs v Business requirement
  • Work with ELX sales teams to understand annual strategies and budgets. Devise creative activities and training plans to support the achievement of these budgets.
  • Manage Resource for supporting activities such as Roadshows etc
  • Develop quarterly plan for SAMs with clear direction
  • Work with field and central teams to ensure consistency of agreed messaging to sales staff
  • Support central team with development of first class training aligned to business need s
  • Manage, monitor and develop performance of SAMs to drive sell out in key partners
  • Drive SFA and CRM usage across Central and Field team to 100%
  • Ensure Electrolux Central reporting requirements are adhered to
  • Support Electrolux Central meetings as required
  • Prepare quarterly review of activity v objectives for Commercial Triangle
  • Manage third party performance v objective
  • Working with TMO consistently evaluate Third party v objective and value
  • In consultation with KAMs ensure third party is delivering ROI
  • Work with Customer Marketing to ensure all field teams have the necessary collateral to present our products and business cases effectively
  • Work with sales teams to agree sell out targets by account and use these to develop KPI’s and targets for the agencies and SAMs
  • Work cross functionally to understand promotional activity and produce effective, timely communications to field teams
  • Build and agree training plans with our retail partners and agencies.
  • Manage agreed budgets
  • Skills and Experience :

  • Proven People Manager / Coach
  • Strong team player with good stakeholder management and networking skills
  • Patient, calm and performs well under pressure
  • Full driving licence.
  • Good IT skills including the ability to use database system and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communicator
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactive ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to manage customer issues effectively
