Account Development Manager
In this new role, you will support the customer's transformation by capturing and understanding their ideas and objectives through dialogue and a facilitation processes.
The purpose of this role is to influence, shape and nurture the customer’s ideas into workable and practical solutions. You will then be required to project manage the programmes of work and successfully implement the proposed changes with the customer and Gist
As well as working closely with the customer's supply chain function, the individual will act in a similar capacity within the Gist account, taking a leading role in the definition, documentation and successful completion of change and transformation projects ranging in size, function and complexity.
