To maintain our position at the forefront of our industry and sustain our continual growth we need a leader for our specialist technical team who consultant with clients and deliver the best possible cloud-based solutions.
Reporting directly into the Head of Client Technology Solutions, you’ll be accountable for the day-to-day operational support and line management of a team of cloud-telephony experts.
You’ll need experience of managing a client-facing technology delivery team and have worked in a project-based environment.
Your own technical expertise will ensure you can develop their skills and provide expert consultancy to our clients as required.
You are a technical lead looking to step up into a managerial role.
You’ll be well versed in voice communication platforms and have experience in unified communication technologies in a client facing role.
Your knowledge and passion for voice and data delivery technology will be evident to your colleagues and clients alike. You’ll be tasked with growing and developing the team rapidly so must have a strategic mindset and experience assessing and developing talent.
Confident and approachable, your expert communication skills will allow you to collate and convey technical information to leaders across Client Services, Technical Implementation and Technical Pre-Sales teams.
