At Bello Machre, the Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides care and support to four adults with developmental disabilites who live in one of our community-based residential homes.
There is an option to work every or every other weekend.)
Eligible candidates must be at least 18 years old and must have a high school degree / GED and a current driver’s license with a good driving record for the last three years.
THIS POSITION INCLUDES A $500 SIGN-ON BONUS!!! (Sign-on bonuses are paid 1 / 2 at 90 days after hire, 1 / 2 at 6 months after hire.)
Weekend DSPs who work every weekend can pick up an additional 3- 8 hours during each week in order to be full-time.

Provides outstanding support and services for people with developmental disabilities, enabling them to participate as fully as they wish in all aspects of community life
Helps maintain a family-style household, which includes cooking balanced meals according to clients' needs and preferences and maintaining house cleanliness
Ensures a safe environment where individuals are free from abuse and neglect, reporting medical concerns, conditions, and changes in health status in a timely fashion
Administers and maintains ongoing medication and physician orders
Attends mandatory trainings and meetings, including supervisory meetings and house meetings
Must display a positive attitude when interacting with others and communicate effectively with supervisor, peers, individuals, business partners, community members, and families
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
Must have a current driver’s license with no more than 3 points
Must complete required trainings within 60 days of being hired
Must be dependable and secure coverage when absent
