We are looking for
a friendly and personable Receptionist for our Casino at Westcliff.
Key Competencies Include :
Meeting and greeting all visitors to Reception in a professional and courteous manner
Good IT skills
Excellent Customer service skills and telephone manner
Be able to adopt a positive and flexible attitude to changing priorities and procedures, including changes to shifts / rotas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous Reception experience is preferred but is not essential
