As part of the role, you will be supporting our customers in the delivery of NCFE and CACHE qualifications, in particular the administration aspect of the customer’s needs.
You will work individually and part of a wider department to tight deadlines, to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain excellent working relationships and to proactively identify and act upon business and sales opportunities.
We are looking for someone who can provide a comprehensive administrative support but will also have experience of working within a customer service role, ideally including telephone, email and web chat service.
You will be expected to work to high levels of accuracy and be able to prioritise tasks, taking into account your own workload, team and department workloads, to ensure customer service levels are met personally, as a team and department.
About our team The Customer Support Team is mainly responsible for complex admin tasks for NCFE and CACHE customers. They will also support first-
line contact with customers across all NCFE and CACHE brand qualifications, using phone, email and webchat when the business requires extra support.
Most of our conversations are with existing customers although we also deal with new business enquiries, learners and general enquiries for the company.
Our team are service experts with a wide knowledge of the business and education market, they love delivering exceptional customer service to our customers as well as identifying and following up new business opportunities to generate additional revenue.
