From a recruitment perspective, we need a Senior Resourcer to join the team to support during a period of rapid growth. We anticipate that we will hire the contractor on a six week contract initially, with the opportunity to move into a longer term role if recruitment demand continues!

This is a contract position helping the Talent Team recruit across the business. You will
Have ownership over the 360 recruitment process from conducting briefings with hiring managers, to posting adverts, to phone screening candidates through to offering future MVFers!
Provide the best possible candidate experience to anyone who engages with MVF, regardless of whether they get the job or not.
Manage applications in our ATS (Greenhouse), making sure candidates profiles are fully updated and all data is GDPR compliant.
Write and update job postings across all platforms ensuring they are easy to read and engaging

Establishing proactive talent and recruitment pipelines - so when we have a new job, we have a selection of quality candidates to approach straight away
Coaching and supporting hiring teams throughout the interview process

Our Ideal MVFer will...
Have some recruitment experience, this can be agency side or in-house
Be a brilliant communicator who is comfortable speaking to people in person, over the phone and digitally
