We now employ over 350 staff in the UK and USA, and conduct marketing activities in more than 120 countries.

From a recruitment perspective, we need a Senior Resourcer to join the team to support during a period of rapid growth. We anticipate that we will hire the contractor on a six week contract initially, with the opportunity to move into a longer term role if recruitment demand continues!

This would be a great opportunity for a agency recruiter to see what the talent world is like on the other side of the fence!

The Role

This is a contract position helping the Talent Team recruit across the business. You will

  • Have ownership over the 360 recruitment process from conducting briefings with hiring managers, to posting adverts, to phone screening candidates through to offering future MVFers!
  • Provide the best possible candidate experience to anyone who engages with MVF, regardless of whether they get the job or not.
  • Manage applications in our ATS (Greenhouse), making sure candidates profiles are fully updated and all data is GDPR compliant.
  • Write and update job postings across all platforms ensuring they are easy to read and engaging
  • What Success Looks Like :

  • Placing lots of excellent candidates into MVF!
  • Establishing proactive talent and recruitment pipelines - so when we have a new job, we have a selection of quality candidates to approach straight away
  • Coaching and supporting hiring teams throughout the interview process
  • Providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Positive feedback from the hiring teams and candidates you have engaged with

  • Have some recruitment experience, this can be agency side or in-house
  • Be a brilliant communicator who is comfortable speaking to people in person, over the phone and digitally
