Where Do You Fit In?

We are looking for a dedicated European Key Accounts Sales Leader to join our European sales organisation, A pivotal role within the organisation you will be responsible for leading and delivering on Honeywell Security’s AOP and revenue goals from our customers categorized as Key Accounts.

Responsible for leading a team of Key Account Managers that are responsible for selling the company's products and services to our Key Account channel partners with an annual spend above a company defined threshold.

Requirement to develop relationship and understanding of Key Account customers for Honeywell, in order to provide leading propositions to grow our share of wallet and increase account penetration and profitability, managing the sales process through distribution partners or via direct relationship.

Key Accounts Sales Leader :

  • Mentor, and develop the sales team.
  • Ensure all staff work towards clearly defined targets, processes and Honeywell codes of conduct and represent the company in a professional manner
  • Drive the Development and Execution of strategic customer plans utilizing all resources including marketing and cross business relationships to maximize pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Accurate forecasting of all monthly, quarterly and annual AOP.
  • Identification of key customers, consultants, end users within the region to ensure maximum penetration and cross selling.
  • Developing sustainable long-term relationships

  • Ensure all customer contracts are up to date, fit for purpose and are adhered to throughout the duration of their lifecycle (HSP-HIS)
  • Ensure CRM is kept up to date & Accurate
  • Manage time effectively to ensure a timely plan of customer interaction and optimized return

  • Positively lead and develop an energetic sales team to deliver all sales targets across the region.
  • Ability to handle customer escalated issues in complex situation to a mutually agreeable resolution
