We have a fantastic opportunity for an Immigration Manager or Supervisor to join our EMEA Coordination team. This a permanent role that will be based in our London office.

Language skills desired : Portuguese, Spanish, Hebrew & Romanian

The EMEA coordination team is a highly motivated and an enthusiastic team of professionals who share pride for what they do, while supporting clients in 30 countries across Europe through the network of over 60 providers.

We are a very diverse, driven, passionate and caring team of over 40 members and represent over 20 different nationalities.

We work in a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment across many cultures with exposure to the majority of companies in the Fortune 100.

At the same time, we work closely together in a dynamic and engaging way to support our client's global immigration needs as well as their multiple projects.


Reporting to the Senior Manager of the EMEA Coordination department, you will take the lead in the management of one arm of the team.

Managers within Fragomen are responsible for the day-to-day management of not only the team they lead, ongoing improvement of the processes but also client relationships.

This means that you will take the lead on the allocation and output of the team, as well as identifying new work opportunities for the firm and undertaking appropriate actions to acquire new work for the practice, with the support of the Partners, Directors and Senior Managers.


The key responsibilities in the role will include :

  • Management of a diverse team, their workload, performance, training and quality of support for clients.
  • Responsible for maintaining good client relationship and close management of VIP cases, escalations as well as active participation in presentation and meetings with clients.
  • Management of a diverse network of providers and their performance and quality of support for clients.
  • Take the lead on diverse projects imperative to the ongoing improvement cycle of organisation processes for the benefit of Fragomen and the team.
  • Share best practices and provide strategic insights into complex inquiries, projects, high profile matters.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities.
  • Enforcing existing service delivery standards and building new processes.
  • Scoping and pricing of service models; identifying and implementing new service models for the team

    You will have a strong background in a similar Management level role, gained within an immigration focused environment.

    You will also be required to have the following experience :

  • Proven record of client facing and strong customer service experience, and the ability to present in front of the client, manage escalations.
  • Supervisory and mentoring experience gained through proven management of a team's performance and vendor's performance.
  • Ability to analyse, structure, build and define clear processes, ability to identify opportunities and provide innovative solutions, proven record of strategic thinking and advisory work.
  • Ability to identify, assess and manage risk for the organisation when making decisions.
  • Excellent organisation skills with ability to plan, prioritize, meet deadlines, monitor budget and manage multiple projects.
  • project management experience will be definitely a great bonus.

  • Ability to motivate, lead and develop a growing team, leading and coaching teams while working as an enthusiastic member of the team.
  • Competent at explaining and advocating facts / ideas in a convincing manner to individuals and groups

    Our London office has over 230 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment.

    The office itself is based in the heart of the City, located within a short walk of numerous tube stations. As the UK starts to move out of lockdown and Fragomen moves out of a fully working from home model, a willingness to attend the office will be required.

    The firm is however transitioning towards a flexible working approach, that incorporates in-person attendance with remote working our aim being to fully leverage our remote working technology and provide a balance for our people in the way that they work.
