Conduct Authority, the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Ministry of Justice making it the UK’s only multi-disciplinary

debt collection business offering fully authorised collection capabilities across Collections, Litigation and Enforcement.

Burlington Group’s motor finance enforcement team has considerable experience of providing collection and enforcement

services to motor finance lenders. Our clients include some of the UK’s largest motor finance captives, high street banks

and independent lenders. Our experience in the enforcement industry provides us with distinct advantages over other

debt collection and traditional repossession agents. We are able to offer a much wider range of services and our

commitment to the industries in which we operate means that our professional standards and attitude towards

compliance are exemplary.

Due to ongoing expansion, we currently require Motor Finance Enforcement Agents in various national locations.

  • Strong ethical and professional standards
  • Be self-motivated and have excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent communication, influencing & negotiation skills
  • A full driving licence, suitably insured and ability to travel
  • Computer literate and able to use basic software packages
  • Ability to supply services on own initiative and without supervision
  • The self-employed fully flexible role of a self-employed enforcement agent role suits a wide range of backgrounds and sectors including security, army, sales, field based, target focused, entrepreneur etc, if you have the right drive, ethics and people skills we want to hear from you.

    All potential suppliers will undertake Right to Work, DBS and CCJ checks prior to training.
