    The opportunity.

    Elevate Digital Marketing & CRM capabilities by implementing and evangelising digital analytics best practices. As an expert in digital marketing analytics, you will also play a key role across many cross-functional project teams, helping the entire business understand trends in our ecommerce and digital brand KPIs.

    You will collate data from multiple sources for use in reports, tactical packs and strategic insights.

    As part of this role, it is your responsibility to own digital marketing analytics data and demonstrate the benefit of data-driven decision-making on digital marketing & CRM activity.

  • Creation and ownership of regular business reports and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Google Data Studio to provide analytics and insights which will inform improvements and identify ways to achieve marketing objectives
  • Align data collection processes and presentation methodology across all digital marketing and CRM channels (e.g., SEM, SEO, Affiliates, Email, Paid Social, etc.)
  • Proactively mine and investigate our marketing and customer data to identify opportunities to help marketing reduce costs, improve agreed KPIs & improve conversion
  • Provide data-driven efficiency insights to inform future budgeting and forecasting decisions
  • Ensuring data quality is of a high enough standard and implementing processes to correct erroneous data collection
  • Partner with digital marketing & CRM teams to run A / B tests that will deliver fundamental improvements to marketing activity
  • Communicate findings from analytics projects to a diverse group of stakeholders, including teams within the wider company and senior leadership
  • Point of contact for digital team for Google tag management and Segment (Customer Data Platform), maintaining and deploying tags with Google Tag Manager at best practice levels
  • Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
  • 3+ years of analytical work experience in marketing and sales, management consulting, or in a business operations and analytics environment
  • Extensive experience in website analytics gained across roles in large e-commerce companies.
  • Excellent analytics skills with the ability to draw concise insights from large sets of data.
  • 3+ years experience with some of the following tools : Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SQL, R / Python, Microstrategy / Tableau or Mixpanel.
  • Competent in creating, developing and maintaining BI reports (Preferably Power BI)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to interact at all levels within the organisation and earn respect universally.
  • Understanding best practices for UX for websites, applications, mobile and desktop
  • Hands on experience on using A / B testing tools
  • Understand user intent and its pivotal role in the journey to conversion
