  • Lead by example and be instrumental in creating excellent working relationships, ensuring that a professional manner are maintained at all times with members of the team, company, clients etc
  • Support the Compliance Director and Regional Care Director (RCD) with regular quality and compliance performance updates of branches and live-in services to include steps taken to improve any areas of underperformance, areas of opportunity along with an update on areas of best practice
  • Ensure that everyone has the opportunity to receive quality and compliance training in line with the Helping Hands training strategy
  • Ensure that all areas are ready for CQC Inspections and are striving for outstanding
  • Work closely with the RCD and Compliance Director to identify any additional training or development required to improve compliance performance of the region / area
  • Attend regular team meetings within the region and with the compliance team, to improve communication regarding compliance and ensure that all staff are aware of the compliance performance and direction of the region / area
  • Identify areas of compliance improvement in the region / area and ensure that underperforming branches and live-in service are showing improvement in line with agreed action plans
  • Lead and coordinate on all continuous improvement strategies and activities
  • To support the Compliance Director with the strategic compliance plan for each branch and live-in service which ensures there is a compliance driven culture across the region / area aligned to the CQC requirements
  • Provide expert guidance and direction to the regional team in relation to quality and compliance
  • Identify any areas of opportunity to improve the quality and compliance of the region, branches ad live-in service
  • Drive the compliance agenda as set by the Compliance Director across the region / area
  • To support the regional teams and key stakeholders in the opening of new HVS branches in line with business roll out plan
  • To support the regional teams in the completion of internal compliance audits that improves the quality and compliance of every branch and live-in service whilst identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the branches complete their actions plans when issued
  • To initiate, prioritise and manage a process for reviewing branches and live-in service that are underperforming within compliance
  • Ensure Best Practice is shared throughout the region to improve and exceed overall quality, compliance and service standards.
  • To support the Compliance Director and Compliance Team in the continual development of the Helping Hands brand
  • To ensure the compliance and quality of the branches is met in line with CQC standards and legislative requirements. Support on any areas of underperformance or concern and take action to improve
  • To ensure that all policies, standard operating procedures and work instructions are communicated and implemented effectively within the region
  • Provide resources, tools and training to ensure services are equipped to exceed legislative requirements
