As our IT Support Assistant, you will be expected to fulfil a broad range of duties, including building, updating and maintaining end user laptops and desktops, plus accurately recording, monitoring and progressing service tickets.

An excellent communicator, you will be a team worker with a proven record of supporting IT users at all levels within an organisation.
You’re a creative thinker with sound technical troubleshooting abilities and a strong working knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 and Google G-
Suite including Google Drive. Impressive organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills are essential, as is good attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
