About the Business Transformation Consultant role
As a Business Transformation Consultant an integral part of a small, ambitious team that are looking to grow sustainably but quickly.
If you're passionate about creatively solving business problems, have a desire to build something sustainable and exciting, want to work with diverse groups of people and skillsets, then we would love to hear from you.
The Business Consulting team works across a wide variety of business sectors and we are currently working with several housing associations and universities, a waste and recycling business and some third sector organisations, amongst others.
This role will focus on generating opportunities, building client relationships and delivering work across our consulting practice.

This will be a major part of your role.
You don't need to be a technologist to do this role well but an appreciation of technology and the ability to interact with IT directors and managers will help you integrate with the wider business.
Essential criteria for the Business Transformation Consultant
Required Skills and Experience for the Business Transformation Consultant
The sectors we are particularly interested in currently are housing associations, architecture, councils and public sector, manufacturing, construction and heavy engineering, chemical processing.
If you have deep experience of a different sector this wouldn't rule you out if you can demonstrate that is just as relevant in using technology to solve business problems.

This role is based in Durham to facilitate collaboration with the Team once Covid 19 allows us to return to the workplace.
We can be flexible on location in the UK. Currently we're utilising technology to work remotely and continue our great work.
