The Role : Part Time Customer Service Advisor Hybrid working 25 Hours
Job Role :
Our client, a market leader in the world of insurance, are looking for experienced customer service advisors to join their team due to company growth.
Every day, you will be advising our customers on the products and services we offer over the phone. You will either be helping them decide on the best options to suit their needs, or you will be problem solving when they need help with their accounts.
All calls are inbound, so you won’t have to make any unexpected outbound calls at all! Your days will be filled with helping our friendly customers who turn to you for you expect knowledge.
Don’t worry, becoming an expert takes time, you will have support all the way up until you reach this stage). If you decide you are ready for more of a challenging role, you can become a part of our specialist team straight away, where you will be tasked with saving our customers at the point of renewal!

Shift Pattern : 25 hours per week. There are 4 different options for you to chose from.
Sun : 09.00 13.00
Salary : £12,350 - £14,000 (£18525 to £21,000 FTE)
