Reward Manager, EMEA Job Summary : Develops and participates in compensation / benefit surveys and analyzes results, reviewing the company's competitive position.

  • Manages compliance for multiple programs. Responsibilities Survey Input and Analysis · Provides point of view and determination of primary survey sources;
  • completes survey data as needed · Ability to breakdown complex and ambiguous findings in a meaningful way Market and Internal Assessments · Leads / drives market assessments that are ambiguous or complex in nature · May provide direction to team as needed.

    Manages costs and timelines for 3rd party assessments Job Leveling Assessments / Job Descriptions · Writes / reviews descriptions and provides consultative perspective to the business regarding job leveling recommendations Project / Program Participation · Owns / leads a project or program which includes Annual Compensation Planning or GPS / Rewards · Establishes and owns project timeline SME / Consulting · Has broad-based compensation expertise and provides thought leadership as the SME for customers Training / Communications · Participates in the creation and delivery of manager training for all key compensation elements and events (GPS / Rewards) Program and Compliance Oversight · Manages TPA and internal deliverables around specific program compliance (e.g.

    401k plan audits, Cobra and FSA TPAs) Consultant / Vendor Management · Responsible for partner and TPA oversight (hiring / firing and monitoring benefit specific deliverables) Qualifications · 7+ years experience preferred · Bachelor's preferred
