Reporting to the Head of HR the Reward Analyst will work in close liaison with the Head of Reward, Reward and Compensation Manager and Benefits Manager supporting them in their delivery of transformational projects and day to day work.

  • Key duties will include : Providing modelling and data analysis on salary reviews, bonuses and other projects as required;
  • Supporting the Reward and Compensation Manager during pay and bonus review, ensuring data is accurate, and information is sent to the HR Business Partners;
  • Supporting the Benefits Manager during the flex benefits renewal window ensuring that data is accurate and provide relevant MI to the Head of Reward;
  • Providing support to the Benefits Manager during insurance renewal by running employee reports and ensuring the data is up to date and accurate;
  • and providing any MI reports to the Head of Reward to be included in the Month PI board report including but not limited to Pension uptake.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in using excel to provide data modelling and analysis to support business decision.

  • You will also have excellent numerical and analytical skills, possess strong analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills;
  • and have a proven ability to deliver high quality reports / presentation and analysis.
