SF Group are currently sourcing a Recruitment Specialist for a lovely organisation based in Birmingham. This role is being offered on a permanent basis and requires a candidate who is able to start as soon as possible.
Working alongside internal HR and external service providers you will be tasked with recruiting to support various projects throughout the year.
This is a stand alone recruitment role where you will manage full recruitment campaigns to build interest in the projects and complete large scale recruitment.
The projects that you will be working on are held in various locations around the UK and so you will be managing assessment centers and hosting interviews off site.
You will create and deliver the attraction strategy to ensure relevant candidates are interested and applying to join the company.
You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish including conducting all vetting and right to work checks prior to offers of employment.
The successful candidate will have previous recruitment experience, be able to manage their own workload and be comfortable working on a stand alone basis.
