About the team :

As a Consulting Manager within the Asset Management Professional Services Team, you will be responsible for servicing our clients using FIS Private Equity Solution (Investran) in EMEA region.

FIS Investran is the private equity software solution that automates front-, middle- and back-office processes for general partners, limited partners, fund administrators, family offices and fund of funds

This position will be based in Canary Wharf with regular EMEA travel, and report directly to the Regional Professional Services Lead.

What you will be doing

This role requires an individual with initiative, commitment to hard work, the ability to work individually and as part of a team with the willingness at times to work under pressure in a challenging environment.

  • You will build a consulting team and strategy to effectively execute the business plan.
  • Manages key FIS channel relationships such as sales, relationship management, product management, business unit management and others ensuring continued collaboration to drive results for Practice.
  • Responsible for revenue forecasting and communicating business metrics to senior management.
  • Ensures generated revenue meets or exceeds plan for FIS Consulting Services Business.
  • Ensures consulting engagements provide excellent client satisfaction and client loyalty.
  • Provides resources with right expertise to meet business needs and manage external relationships creating a flexible staffing alternative for peak demand times.
  • Ensures effective utilization of resources on billable projects, asset development, sales support and thought leadership.
  • Provides direct sales support throughout entire sales cycle working closely with sales and account management to create and close opportunities including proposal / statement of work development, negotiating pricing, project planning and giving prospect presentations.
  • Willing to travel 30% to 50%.
  • What you bring :

  • Good understanding of Asset Management & Private Equity Business Processes (front / middle / back office operations).
  • Leadership, management, organizational, and team building skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level management, peers and others.
  • Broad knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial institution operations, and risk management.
  • Listening skills and ability to ensure open and candid two-way communication.
  • Project management, productivity, planning, and workload management skills.
  • Negotiation skills regarding complex issues
  • Adaptable and dependable in fast-paced, changing business environments.
  • Added bonus if you have :

  • Good technical and functional knowledge of Investran or similar solutions
  • Basics of accounting practice and understanding of double accounting will be a plus
  • Prior experience with business process management, enterprise reporting and data warehouse solutions is desirable
  • Second European language is an advantage
