Job Summary

A great opportunity to join our Warehouse Team based at ICS Cool Energy Ltd Bradford Depot and Office. Your role will be to deliver the highest standards of service and maintenance in the most efficient manner within our warehouse, workshop, Health & Safety, Facilities and Security areas.

Responsibilities :

  • Overseeing the workshop process and maintaining the capacity plan / workforce allocation, to achieve customer on time deliveries and lead time expectations
  • Close liaison with the Northern Sales Team to plan and fulfil orders
  • Ensuring that Rental stock assets are maintained to the appropriate stock levels / ready for hire, to ensure a timely response to customer deliveries
  • Ensuring that all Workshop and Warehouse activity is cost effective
  • Monitoring workshop / warehouse requirements and resources as required to achieve customer satisfaction, whilst minimising additional cost across the group
  • Ensuring planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded
  • Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes
  • Develop and track improvement in the reduction of planned production hours
  • Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for standard’ production / warehouse activities
  • Ensure systems and processes are always adhered to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practice
  • To actively promote a Healthy & Safety and Environmental culture within the Company.
  • Close liaison with Totton Depot, managers and customers as required
  • Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet the business strategy and goals
  • Ensure compliance to QMS, SHEF, GMP’s and 5S processes
  • Staff development through effective training schemes & development plans to enable effective departmental succession and support
  • Provide leadership and motivating the team as required to achieve the objectives.
  • Key Competencies :

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines and stay within budget.
  • Accomplished manager of change and driven to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a good telephone manner and with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
