namely : Pershing Nexus, Portfolio Management System (PMS), Pershing Nexus Wealth, and Pershing Nexus Investor. As part of the Pershing Front Office, this individual will be key to the first user experience of customer facing front end and technology solutions.
The role includes identifying and optimising the use of our systems for the benefit of broader and deeper penetration and consumption of our services.
The role is likely to be extended into a sales and consultative approach towards clients, prospects and consultants, ensuring that efficient use of our systems results in more sales, stickier and stronger client relationships.
Summary Job Description :
The System Training Consultant will need to become confident and proficient on the systems, learning the functions and screens for Pershing’s software and associated processes / products to enable them to conduct training with Pershing’s clients and produce / update training materials utilising different media.
Furthermore, the System Training Consultant will be expected to provide live and post live support in the client’s office, demonstrate our systems during sales meetings with prospective new clients, run system presentations to Pershing’s employees, and conduct any administrative tasks associated with the department.

Academic Minimum Standards :
have a minimum of three years appropriate industryexperience, or a pass in the Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) (or otherappropriate industry qualification of equivalent standard or above)
