We are looking for energetic and motivated Inbound Agents to join our team at our brand new call centre in Maxim Park.
Weekly basic salary with an excellent bonus scheme!
You could be working for SITEL an award winning, international, outsourcing contact centre.
You will be working in partnership with the UK’s fastest Broadband provider Virgin Media.
Job Role :
Your day to day tasks will include :
Identifying the needs of customers and offering a tailored package to meet their needs
Up-selling some amazing products
Resolving challenging queries
Building rapport with customers
Achieving daily and monthly targets

Working Hours- 37.5 hours per week 5 / 7 days on rotation between 8am and 9pm *£8.72ph*
