    You will : Data :

    Data :

  • Ensure delivery of segmented data to support campaign, proposition and demand generation activity.
  • Work with all areas of the business to ensure data integrity and quality within marketing databases, utilising a suite of internal and external data sources.
  • Provide frameworks and governance structures to support ongoing quality and provide recommendations to the business on improvements that could be made within these systems through quarterly health checks.
  • Working with approved external suppliers where necessary.

    Campaign performance :

    Analyse CUK / I campaign business performance within the key segments, producing dashboards and reports.

    Regularly present analysis and actionable insights to stakeholders.

    Lead management :

  • Own the lead allocation and management processes, ensuring the most appropriate sales channels / individuals are assigned appropriate Marketing Qualified Leads with optimal lead information.
  • GDPR :

  • Responsible for CUK Sales and Marketing obligations under Canon’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) policies.
  • Working closely with CUK and CEL stakeholders from the wider business to ensure compliance.
  • You will need

  • As the B2B CRM and Lead Management Professional, you will possess the following skills and expertise;
  • Strong data gathering, segmentation, manipulation and analysis skills are of paramount importance using Salesforce
  • Database management experience required
  • Strong working knowledge of salesforce.com and Eloqua
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a simple and engaging way to enable action
  • Relevant experience in B2B marketing environment
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and treatment of data for marketing purposes
  • Good business acumen / commercial awareness
  • A motivated self-starter with a desire to take personal responsibility of tasks and projects
  • Ability to work in a high performing team
  • Ability to work within a changing environment
  • Discretion when handling sensitive data and information
  • Project Management skills desirable
