We are a driven team, ambitious to disrupt and revolutionise talent development and learning practices in our sector. We are keen to engage with an ambitious, Talent Development and Learning professional with an analytical and behavioural science background, on a permanent basis.

The role of EMEA Talent Development Lead will work with across our 17 countries, service lines and 4000 colleagues. You will have a strong focus on design and delivery, project management and analytics to ensure key strategic talent development workstreams and flagship programmes are delivered across Colliers EMEA.

Colliers encourage flexible working with three days a week in the office; the main office for this role is in the West End of London with occasional international travel.

Portfolio Management

  • Lead our inclusive EMEA talent development portfolio of programmes
  • Partner our EMEA service lines and functions to identify our talent development needs to elevate our capabilities to deliver on our business plan;
  • define a best in sector and inclusive EMEA learning portfolio; design and deliver our flagship EMEA programmes

  • Manage the communication of the EMEA talent development curriculum and help to establish a reputation for the team as a pragmatic and capable centre of excellence for talent development
  • Maximise leadership team engagement with our programmes
  • Manage post-delivery feedback to stakeholders as required
  • Provide full budgetary management and control for talent development, and reporting.
  • Impact Evaluation

  • Define and establish a robust and pragmatic mechanism to assess the operational quality and the impact of our learning programmes
  • Utilise defined measurement metrics and process to evaluate the effectiveness of the global Executive Education curriculum and individual programmes.
  • Maintain alignment of the chosen learning approach with the Colliers EMEA leadership framework
  • Continuously improve and enhance the EMEA Learning and Talent Development offering, using external benchmarks as appropriate.
  • Create Career Experience Maps

  • Collaborate with our Service Lines and Functions to build EMEA career experience maps from entry to Board signposting the skills and capabilities and experiences needed to deliver our business plan and for our colleagues to have fulfilling careers with Colliers
  • Promoting our Development for All approach : the role will define the personal and professional development tools to equip our colleagues to manage their careers
  • Ensure we identify the right capabilities in the future and accelerate readiness to build robust succession plans and develop tomorrow’s leaders and experts today.
  • EMEA Talent Management

  • In partnership with the Director of Talent, Learning, Leadership and Inclusion, our in-country people teams, service line and functional leads, have your finger on the pulse of talent management at Colliers to understand the talent needs and priorities and how these translate into learning and development
  • Make it happen : Programme management of the talent development workstreams, ensuring that the work is planned, tracked, and coordinated with clear communications plan
  • Driving the annual talent calendar, talent activities and tracking progress across Colliers
  • Reporting, analysing, and generating talent and assessment data and insights
  • Working with the people team in preparing papers for the EMEA People Leadership Team, Service Line Leadership Teams and the EMEA Board.

    What you bring

  • Leading talent development and learning experience within large corporations
  • Behavioural science or learning qualification
  • Psychometric assessment level A & B; accreditation in Hogan or other similar personality assessment required
  • Very strong project management skills a relevant project management qualification is highly desirable
  • Attention to detail and highly organised
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting experience with the ability to generate meaningful talent insights and to communicate them succinctly and with impact
  • Extensive knowledge of talent development approaches and assessments
  • Expert in learning styles, design, and measuring return on investment
  • Confident stakeholder management, diplomacy, consultancy and influencing skills
