Job Summary :

The Individual and Family Plans Quality Review and Audit Lead Analyst is responsible for the daily operations of IFP quality assurance and audit functions for both internal and external activities as well as assisting in development of quality policies and procedures.

This individual will also be responsible for data collection and reporting as well as leading project components in the evaluation and / or development of new procedures / processes to address customer issues and improve on our customer experience.

Major Duties and responsibilities :

  • Auditing and quality controls in various operations and vendor practices to ensure appropriate processes within IFP products
  • Working with matrix partners to find solutions for quality administration of IFP business
  • Analyzing data using tools such as Excel or MS Access to identify trends and in summary of data
  • Proactively identifying customer needs and solutions
  • Managing and promoting customer satisfaction
  • Identifying gaps in processes, engages appropriate business partners to address
  • May coordinate / lead projects for process improvements
  • Creating strong working relationships with matrix partners
  • Comfortable with negotiating and presenting results to vendor and business partners
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements in applicable areas
  • Team leader and technical coach components
  • Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of related experience required
  • Experience with IFP Segment highly desired
  • Healthcare background (Benefits, Eligibility, Claims, Sales subject areas) preferred
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results
  • Excellent communication skills to influence vendor and business partners as well as drive timelines for improvements
  • Ability to work independently
  • Some travel will be required
