We are part of the global fashion retailer of our generation, bringing trends straight off the catwalk and street to our customers’ wardrobe! Things move fast here at Coast and so due to our continuing growth we are looking for a Buyers Technical Admin to join our team in London.
Job role Tech focus :
Prepare for fit session by compiling a fit list by supplier and priority.
Collate samples from post that need to be fitted, working with the BAA on fit critical path.
Managing fit session according to area of focus e.g. dresses, tops etc.
Assistance during the fit session.
Follow up and communicate with suppliers on fit comments.
Manage samples post fit session, hand back to buying or supplier where appropriate.
Sample management alongside BAA.
Spec filing to be used to fill in key information on the website e.g. garment length.
Admin tasks :
Manage the supply base and communicate with them regularly.
Collecting post and ensuring samples are hung up and processed.
Learn how to raise PO’s on Sage to assist when models are booked.
Key skills :
Interest in fashion.
Thrives in a fast paced environment.
Good at working in a team and also a self-motivator.
Highly organised and attention to detail.
Commercial awareness and good at making informed decisions independently.
Good overall awareness of the technical and buying process.
Qualifications and Experience
Ideally have experience with a technical environment or a technical related degree.
