Applications are invited for a newly created post of Human Resources (HR) Adviser Change Support. Working with the HR Change Leader and other HR colleagues including the Head of HR Operations the post holder will provide advice and support to a range of HR projects and operational matters.
Duties will include undertaking research, producing and interpreting a range of management information, writing and helping with the production of a range of documentation and providing other support as dictated by projects and operational work.
The post holder will be expected to lead on a day to day basis on a range of defined duties as these are identified ensuring successful completion.
The post holder will be expected to provide support for colleagues to ensure provision of a high level HR transactional service.
The successful post holder will need to demonstrate significant experience of successfully writing and producing a range of documentation including reports, policy documents and work experience.
Experienced in the use of HR IT systems the successful applicant will need to work with a range of management information including undertaking research and analysing data.
Educated to first degree level the post holder will need to hold a level 5 CIPD qualification and have a good working knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
An excellent communicator the post holder will work with a wide range of stakeholders developing effective working relationships to achieve planned objectives.
This is a full time fixed term post for 12 months based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
