In this position, you will be working to support the business needs at reception and be a pivotal support to the OPS and TFM teams.
You will primarily cover Front of House duties in facilitating the access of staff and visitors into the building, providing the first point of contact with a highly professional focus on customer service and being an excellent teammate.
The role of the Front of House will include the following tasks but is not limited to :
Being the first point of contact at both site buildings at reception, undertaking registering all visitors to site.
Booking Meeting rooms
Placing site orders for Site stock levels
Producing required reports for customers and internal departments
Supporting site Events
Ordering lunches as per business needs
Supporting UK Facilities Mailbox to support business needs
Support all teams (Security, OPS, Logistics) across both buildings
Support training needs for team and engineers where required
Support Services Team
Daily Site Admin
Working in a team and individually
Shown Customer Service experience
Strong experience of IT skills would be a huge benefit
Positive attitude and friendly approachable
Ability to work autonomous at times and be able to work well as a team
High attention to detail is required as part of security and the reports that are needed so.
Good time management is needed to support the teams needs and a need to be flexible to changes in the role, as no two days are the same
