Principle accountabilities

  • Sourcing and acquiring new brands which meet the Channel, Guest and Brand Partner strategies with a focus on rates mitigation.
  • Some of this will be done via Social Media.

  • Building relationships with Brand Agencies.
  • Administer all rates mitigation activity, working with Legal, Finance and Channel teams to ensure activity is delivered in a timely manner and ensuring rates savings are delivered / maximised
  • Manage relationships with brands to bring them into centres, build performance, generate repeat custom and potentially take long term Home leases
  • Test pricing approaches such as turnover, footfall-driven rental models to inform the wider Brand Manager leasing activity
  • Attend leasing meetings as required to update on pipeline and performance
  • Work with Guest teams, particularly the Partnerships team, to deliver more experiential concepts into unit spaces including the animation of unit frontages for marketing-led purposes
  • Work with Operations teams to ensure brands adhere to centre standards
