12-month Fixed-Term Contract
This position is responsible for managing Company recruitment activities and the recruitment strategy for the TruckForce operation.
The role will also be responsible for developing and implementing the UK / Ireland training plan and managing the graduate development and apprenticeship programmes.
Recruitment & Selection
Ensure compliance with recruitment procedure, legal requirements, and approvals.
Establish a TruckForce recruitment strategy.
Manage applicants and agency portal in ATS. Act as the key contact for technical issues.
Manage relations with recruitment agencies - negotiating fees / procurement set-up / job briefings. Act as key contact with agency for temp agency staff requirements.
Develop job postings and question banks with managers, and conduct selection interviews.
Utilise LinkedIn Projects for candidate search and liaison as required.
Deploy assessments and feedback to managers.
Coach and guide managers through the recruitment process.
Manage recruitment budget and costs.
Learning & Development
Lead and define local training initiatives where tailored programmes and development is necessary in collaboration with Regional COE.
Manage local training calendar and create awareness of offerings and activities.
Establish training plans / development plans for departments / functions.
Lead TruckForce FLM programme (content design, roll-out, facilitation, assessment etc.).
Manage Goodyear Learning Centre (GLC) and promote eLearning activities e.g. LinkedIn learning.
Collaborate with country sales capability / sales enablement lead to provide support on sales capability / enablement activities.
Manage undergraduate / graduate programmes and apprenticeships, including management of apprenticeship levy account, apprenticeship provider identification / set-up and on-going liaison.
Manage immigration / mobility queries post-Brexit / UK Sponsorship Licence management.
Global Talent Management System (GTMS) expert and coach.
Experience, Skills & Education
Demonstrated record of experience in a similar role and a fast-paced environment.
Delivery of recruitment and selection activities within a large multi-functional organisation.
Development and implementation of training plans and initiatives.
HRIT systems e.g. SuccessFactors (desirable) - ATS, LMS, LinkedIn Recruiter.
Knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
Behavioural and functional competencies, including behavioural based interviewing.
Coaching and facilitation skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching and facilitation skills coupled with strong stakeholder management and the capability to influence and guide others.
Self-reliant, practical and the ability to work on own initiative and solve problems. A pro-active style and can-do attitude .
Full driving licence.
CIPD Level 5 or above (desired
