Consulting & Programme Delivery
Financial services (retail or / and investment banking) expertise
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to design and lead workshops, work collaboratively in multi-vendor teams and challenge clients / internal team members when appropriate
Self-driven, results-oriented with the ability to balance client commitments with contribution to the Company's growth
Experience of developing and delivering solutions in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Ability to proactively manage project scope, risks and issues to ensure project outcomes are achieved.
Understanding of relevant business analysis tools and techniques such as operating model design, customer journey design, process mapping, Lean improvement techniques, project management and business architecture
First-hand experience of software development life-cycle and how to effectively capture business requirements to support a technology build
Collaborative working with software development teams to help refine and priorities requirement backlogs
Strong understanding of current & emerging banking business models across traditional and challenger banking institutions
Commercial analysis & business case development
Product roadmap, launch and early phase monitoring
Customer Testing (usability, guerrilla testing, focus groups etc.)
