We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced nurse to join our team here at the Riverside Centre in the role of Clinical Lead Nurse on Crane Ward, our acute female mental health Ward.

The team here were one of the first in the trust to obtain their AIMs accreditation and a recent CQC visit gave an excellent report.

The team is dedicated to an patient centred recovery approach to care.

Situated next to Heathrow and part of the London borough of Hillingdon, The Riverside Centre has an unique environment. The wards prides themselves on having an effective multi discipline working ethos for patients care and treatment, working closely with the Hillingdon’s physical health teams as well as our mental health colleagues.

    The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate progressive skills in leadership, supervision, clinical practice, service development, risk assessment and care management.

    We are seeking nurses who are also friendly, approachable, compassionate and motivated with good communication skills and enjoys teaching.

    Our nurses work within our supportive nursing structure in developing and implementing assessments, treatments and recovery focused care for patients.

    You will receive ongoing support from your peers, fellow Clinical team Leaders, Ward Manager and Matron. You will also receive individual supervision as well as support in reflective practice groups.

    Our teams are well established, dynamic, with a strong commitment to multidisciplinary working, service development and continued professional development.

    We also provide ongoing in-house training and workshops for dedicated staff, to enable discussion, reflection and education which lead to the delivery of the best care for our patient groups.

    This includes an extensive portfolio of academic and clinical courses ranging from ongoing personal development through to clinical excellence and leadership skills.
