This will involve : communicating clearly and concisely both verbally and in writingmeeting deadlines set for an assignment by managersmaintaining assignment files with direction from internal TAS manualidentifying activities to be undertaken and prioritises accordinglydemonstrating strong financial services technical accounting competenceundertaking other duties to meet the demands of the businessseeks advice on areas of technical research and then undertakes research using the firm portals and databasessupporting associates within the team through coachingTraining / self developmentPreparing your own self appraisals and seek feedback after each assignmentAttending training courses, keeping technical knowledge up-to-date and developing competencies through in-house training opportunities
